About the class
Love oil paintings? Scared to try? Let us help you get started. This beginners class will take you through the basics. The first two sessions will including learning the materials and equipment you need, how to colour mix, shiw to start build layers, no drawing experience needed. The final two weeks will be developing your painting ready to take home and continue your painting journey. Perfect for beginners artists who have never painted befroe or who are used to painting in other mediums such as watercolour or acrylic.
Led by professional local exhibiting artist Nicola Durrant. She will build your confidence in this versatile and accessible medium: learn simple and dynamic approaches to painting with oils.
Weekly overview:
Week 1: Learn the epuipment, materials, and mediums you need while painting a landscape.
