About the class
Sculpt this dreamy, sleeping fox with professional tutor Sarah Ashcroft. Starting with a block of clay, Sarah will guide you through proportions and carving, learning to glaze your finished pieces with underglaze to finish.
This relaxed 2.5-hour workshop is ideal for complete beginners and those wishing to enhance their pottery skills. We provide guidance through each step, with all materials, tools, and expert instruction included.
Please note: Your pottery will require time to dry before being professionally fired. Your finished piece will be ready for collection from the studio approximately 3–4 weeks later, just in time to infuse your home with handmade autumn magic.
Complexity Levels 1-2: The Maker (beginner to intermediate)
Focus: Introduction to clay, combining basic techniques and structural building.
Experience: Suitable for complete beginners who feel a bit more confident or have patience.
